Henry Bomby Sailing
This is a link to my sons' Around Britain Challenge Sailing Web Site of which I am the project Photographer.
He is 18 years old, and in 2010 will be embarking on a life changing journey, sailing single handed around the British Isles.
Recently he has managed to secure founding sponsorship for the challenge of £7000, from Baltic Wharf boat yard in Totnes, which along with £2000 of his own life savings has enabled him to buy ‘Gerunuk’ (Jerry-nuk) a beautiful and well maintained Contessa 26.
Manna From Devon
The Manna from Devon Cooking School is run by award winning chef and baker Holly and David Jones. They specialise in Bread, Fish and all types of Mediterranean Cooking. They also make handmade Brownies and Sticky puddings, run a community bread box scheme, help to organise the Dartmouth Food Festival, write about local food, demonstrate cooking and run a bed and breakfast. The business is run from our Victorian House in Kingswear, South Devon, overlooking the beautiful River Dart.
